REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

At checkout, families may add optional Purchase Protection for a small fee. This provides a 100% refund if you’re unable to attend due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance.

Families who want cancellation coverage must purchase Purchase Protection at checkout.

Easy Street Cycling makes every effort to run all sessions as scheduled. If we cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund from Easy Street Cycling.

We do not offer refunds for customer cancellations or behavioral dismissal.. Campers dismissed for unsafe behavior or repeated failure to follow staff instructions are not eligible for refunds, including through Purchase Protection.
