REFUND POLICY
If you purchased the Active Refund Fee when you registered, you are eligible for a full refund. Below is the information you would have selected YES or No to refund insurance for your registration.
ACTIVE REFUND
* Make your registration refundable via ACTIVE Refund. Receive a refund if you are unable or unwilling to attend your event for any reason.
By clicking yes, you are adding an additional ACTIVE Refund fee of to your total cart amount, and you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions for ACTIVE Refund. ACTIVE Refund refund requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your event date, and activities that are cancelled, postponed, or changed from a live event to a "virtual" or online format are not eligible for a refund via ACTIVE Refund. The fee to purchase ACTIVE Refund is generally non-refundable.
We make every effort to ensure that our events proceed as planned. However, sometimes weather, enrollment conflicts or other circumstances may interfere. If we cancel your event you will receive a full refund from Easy Street Cycling.
Easy Street Cycling is unable to offer refunds on our end from cancellations by customers.
CAMP TRANSFERS
Customers may request to transfer their camp registration from one session to another will be subject to a $25 processing fee per camp transfer, per session, per individual. Fees only apply if a transfer can be made.
To process a Camp Transfer request send an email to easystcycling@gmail.com with TRANSFER REQUEST in the subject line and the following information in the body of the email.
